Strength Training
This is perfect for you if you are looking to build strength with the support of a coach along your side. A way to build strength starting from scratch or finally having a plan of attack in the weight room. We meet you where you are at and build from there, making sure the plan is flexible to your life. The custom strength plan is built on what you have access to, whether that be a gym or just your body at home. Time to build a stronger, more confident version of yourself.
Whatโs Included:
๐ 30 Minute Onboarding Zoom Meeting to go over intake form and answer questions
๐ Pre/Post Assessments tailored towards your goals
๐ Customized training plan to meet you where you are at and help you work towards your goals
๐ Training program is delivered via a specialized Training App, Teambuildr, with videos and/or descriptions of all exercises
๐ Ability to keep track of your workouts, upload videos of yourself, and journal on your workout to refer back to.
๐ Strength and optional cardio training
๐ Unlimited messaging the coach through the app Monday-Friday
๐ Weekly Video feedback review with the coachโs notes (visual and auditory) on exercises and drills
๐ 3 month minimum with ability to continue on month to month basis

Climbing Training
This is the plan for the climber looking to level up their skills and strength with the support of a coach. We find out where you are struggling and build a plan to fill in the gaps and build further upon your strengths. Many of the climbers I have worked with come in with no climbing training experience. We meet you where you are. This also includes climbing video feedback. You send in your climbing videos and send back feedback to help you improve your climbing skills.

Nope! you could be a newbie to lifting or an experienced lifter or lifted back in the day. Customized programming is a great way to work towards a specific goal while meeting yourself where you are at to get there.

As with lifting you do not need to be climbing at a certain level to start climbing training. I have worked with climbers who where climbing at the v0 level. You can be at a any level, and the beauty of customized training programs is they meet you exactly where you are at, taking you having to figure out where you are at out of the equation with generalized programs.

We can make whatever equipment you have access to work. It is ideal that you have access to a gym with weights or a climbing wall if you are looking to do climbing training. Yet it is not necessary we will work with what we have. It can also be tailored to traveling and what you have access to if you travel during the training period.
